We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

2. Can I inspect the order before paying?

Yes, you can! We provide a "Quality Inspection at Doorstep" service. You are welcome to inspect the fabric, stitching, and overall quality while the courier is present.

Note: For hygiene and product safety, trying on the clothes (fitting) is strictly not allowed during the inspection. Payment is required if you decide to keep the order.

3. When will I receive my order?

We value your time. Your order will arrive within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in Egypt.
