Biggle operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience for premium kids' wear (the "Services"). The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You represent and warrant that all information provided (email, billing, and shipping info) is correct, current, and complete.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products, specifically our signature 100% cotton denim, are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & INSPECTION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Biggle reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

The Biggle Advantage: In line with our commitment to quality, we allow customers to inspect their order at the doorstep upon delivery.
Resale Prohibited: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

While we strive to deliver all orders across Egypt within 24 to 48 hours, all delivery times are estimates. Once the product is transferred to the carrier (e.g., Bosta), the risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and images (including our Biggle branding), is the property of Biggle and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy, which generally allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (c) to upload viruses or malicious code; or (d) to use automated means (such as AI scraping or bots) to access the Services without permission.

Biggle is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Biggle. You expressly release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.
